Baldwin REALTORS® has partnered with Restb.ai to bring our members photo tagging capabilities. Restb.ai computer vision models are designed to detect anything that a real estate professional can reliably determine from property photos. Some of the details identified are:
- Room types
- Interior and exterior home features
- Architectural styles
Photo tagging will not only help our members identify and label photos in the MLS, but also add to our MLS database and syndicate out in our feeds to help consumers identify properties with specific features.
Photo tagging will happen automatically when uploading your photos to your listings in Paragon Pro or Paragon Connect. Click attachment below for detailed instructions.
