Offers: Sellers may not view or be notified of any details of an offer until the listing is changed to an active status in the BR MLS.
- Sellers may choose to have their listing placed in an active at any time in order to view details of an offer.
- Listings cannot be placed back in a Coming Soon status once the listing has been changed to Active.
