Important Information Regarding Team Changes in Paragon

  • Starting October 1, 2025, old team accounts (in the agent area) will no longer be able to be placed in any of the Agent Fields in Paragon. This includes the listing and selling sides. This applies only to NEW listings going forward.


  • This will NOT trigger on a old listing that is maintained. They will be able to keep the (old) team name in the agent field for listings entered before October 1, 2025.


  • If they would like to change old listings to the new Team format, they are able to do this but only with listings that have been entered in 2025.


  • They are NOT mandated to change old listings to the new format.


  • An error message will show to anyone trying to change a closed listing before 2025.


  • Members will have until October 31, 2025 to access their old team account in the agent area. After this date those accounts will only be accessible to staff.


  • If the agent has an automatic search setup with a client and also has them connected in Paragon Connect in their old team account, they must do a transfer assets to an agent account. Actions the agent will need to take:

        - Send the client a new App Invite Code from their agent account.

        - Client will NOT need to delete the app.
