Some syndicators (Zillow) start a "Days on Zillow" or similar count on the listing once they receive the listing in our feed.
Although BR sets Days on Market to zero once the listing is changed to an active status, syndicators such as Zillow will not restart the "Days on Zillow" count when the listing is changed to an active status.
