Adding a Listing for Comparable (Comp) Purposes Only

A member may add a listing that was never listed in the BR Multiple Listing Service if they are the buyer's agent in the transaction. To enter the listing:

• The property must have already closed.

• The member will enter the listing as they are the listing and selling agent.
  

• The listing should be entered in a closed status.
  

• Once the listing is saved in Paragon the member should email the MLS number to BR MLS staff at mls@baldwinrealtors.com and inform them it is a for comps only listing.
  

• The BR MLS staff member will then place "non-member" in the listing agent field.
