The syndication container in the Paragon input sheet has several options:

The seller has the option to allow an Automated Valuation Model (AVM) which is a type of CMA to be run on their listing in a Virtual Office Website (VOW).

Agent Hit Count = Each time an agent views your listing in Paragon
Client Hit Count = Each time an agent emails/text your listing to a client and the client views the listing.
**The hit count will start once the listing has an MLS number and will not reset unless the agent manually resets the count in this area.
