The Listing Publisher tool allows users who are members of both Baldwin REALTORS and the Mobile Area Association of REALTORS MLS - MAAR to enter a listing once and have it be placed in both systems.
If you are entering the listing in Paragon, the Listing Publisher tool will push the listing through to the MAAR Matrix system.
In order to push the listing through to the MAAR Matrix system, the user must do the following:
- Enter their MAAR MLS ID under - PREFERENCES - USER PREFERENCES - LISTING PUBLISHER. Please be aware that your MAAR MLS ID is case sensitive.
- Fill out all MAAR Required fields (GCMLS Fields)
